Rules

1.No cheating or you get a strike
2.strike 1-stats are reset strike 2-your temporarily kicked off the rpg strike 3- you are banned form the rpg
3.when wishing with the dragonballs you must email me your wish so i can can tell you if it's ok or not
4.when you walk to locations it's 5 days, flying 2 days, advanced flight 1 day
5.for people who are online a lot there is a 4 hour limit for training
6.when learning techniques you cannot train
7.when going on a job quest you a get 1hour of training without going in the chat room and 200 credits a day
8.4 hours of training when you go on a training quest without going in the chat. can only do it for 10 days
9.to travel from planet to planet you must have a ship
10.every character starts out with 1000 credits 100PL 200HP 200Ki and if i says so special items
11.when changing directions when your traveling you add 1 day unless you are using advanced flight
12.earth dragonballs are on earth, namek dragonballs are on namek and dark star are anywhere in the universe
13.NO COMBINING TRAINING EQUIPMENT
14.you must have my permission to train in the room of spirit and time and you must be on earth north location
15.it takes 7 days to travel from planet to planet. you can train in your ship unless you have a saiyan space pod
16.when your power level reaches 2,000,000 you can create an attack
17.you can only wish for 20,000 credits with the dragonballs
18.1 wish with earth balls,3 with nameks ,3 with dark star. drak star can wish more than 1 person back
19.YOU MUST KNOW KI CONTROL TO USE ENERGY ATTACKS
20.when you die it takes 5 days to reach king kais
21.when you change characters your stats are cut in half and you lose all equipment
22.there is no PL limit
23.Dragonball quests are 3 days long
24.When hiding your PL your attacks are cut in half until your at full power
25.When powering up it goes up 20,000 per turn
26.Instant Transmission and Teliportation can only be used once per day
27.Saiyan who have not turned super saiyan can use the power up ability until he/she turns super saiyan.when they do you cannot use this ability again
28.Your AD must be over 400,000 to make a planets core unstable and the plante will blow up in 10 minutes.
29.Extreme Kamehameha can only be used once in a tourny
30.Once your pl hits 25,000,000 you can create another attack.But if you have already created an attack that enhances your stats, you can not create another like it(no double or triple pl and that stuff)the only acceptance is a charged attack that would do somethin to your ad and/or ki ex:extreme kamehameha
31.you can switch your character 1 time without the stat cut penalty
32.to get possessed you must kill at least 5 people
33.when u have the dragonballs, stat wishes are banned
34.in order to go mystic, you must have a pure heart
35.Blood wishing is aloud
36.Villians must be killed by the end of the month.
37.If u do not so up for your match at a tournament u forfeit.
